Enable real estate industry proffesionals to address sustainability calculations for all types of construction, from renovation to new builds.
The challenge
From 2026 and on, buildings will need to comply to new EU taxonomy regulations, but real estate proffesionals currently do not have the tools to check the compliance of their designs.
The solution
A software plug-in, for commonly used BIM software, which addresses the calculation of sustainability in the built environment and specifically the new mandatory rules of the EU taxonomy.
