Internship - Digitalization and Calculation
Project Scope
1. Identify Input and Method: Review standard methods for firewater demand calculation, considering FPSO specifics.
2. Data Availability in AVEVA: Explore the AVEVA engineering database to identify available data pertinent to firewater calculations.
3. Develop AVEVA Template: Create an automated template in AVEVA Engineering for obtaining information and performing calculations.
4. Export Template for Reporting: Generate a template for official reporting, ensuring compliance and standardization.
5. Interface with Project Schedule: Determine interface requirements for typical project schedules to ensure timely information availability.
Project Relevance:
This project aligns with SBM Offshore’s focus on digital transformation in the energy sector, especially in renewable energy, gas, and digital services. The digitalization of firewater demand calculations directly supports SBM Offshore's commitment to safety and efficiency in FPSO operations, which are crucial for sustainable energy transition.
AVEVA's Role:
