Mission

Accelerate the compressor design processes and its technical development to boost the industrial development.

The challenge

In response to the prevalent challenge of heightened power consumption stemming from internal oil leakage in positive displacement twin-screw compressors, I embarked on refining the rotor profile design, drawing upon insights from prior research. My endeavor was to showcase the efficacy and reliability of the redesigned profile through dynamic animation.

The solution

First of all, I'll create a 3D model to contain the compressor's important features. Then I'll use Twinmesh to do the grid generation. Then, I'll use Ansys Fluent to solve the instant flow field. Finally, I'll explain the improvement approaches to the public through straightforward and beautiful post-processing.
